SRH mobile app (Natures Kiosk) has two sections Natures Kiosk & SRH Store, by default you will be landing on the Natures Kiosk, the orders placed on Natures Kiosk will have to be picked up at the KIOSK only. The orders placed on SRH Store will be ready inside the store and must be picked up in the store only. You can switch between the Natures Kiosk & SRH Store anytime by clicking on the button on the top. Also, be aware that if you end up ordering on both then you must collect products which are ordered in KIOSK at the KIOSK only and the products which are ordered on SRH Store will have to collect inside the store.

SRH Store – You can shop online or shop in the store, or pickup in store (store hours), and offers delivery as well if needed.
SRH KIOSK – You can shop online and pickup anytime (24/7),Once you order online, you will receive a PICKUP ID, you can go to the KIOSK location and enter the PICKUP ID, in 2 to 3 minutes a small door opens with the ordered products.

    No, SRH Store is different from the SRH KIOSK, if you order on SRH Store you will receive a PICKUP code and can be used only in-store by showing the PICKUP code to the cashier in the respective order placed location.
